Med Paks is a service that organizes medications in ready to go packets based on dosage time of day (AM/Afternoon/PM). This service replaces the need to organize a pillbox.
The 340B Plan is a vital healthcare initiative designed to provide low-cost medications to uninsured patients through our in-house pharmacies. This program allows eligible individuals to access a variety of essential prescriptions at a significantly reduced price of only $6/month each. By leveraging government-supported opportunities to purchase drugs at discounted rates, our facility is committed to ensuring that healthcare is affordable and accessible for all, particularly those most in need of financial assistance. Below, you will find a list of medications available under the 340B Plan at this exceptional price.
You can access the medication pricing listed in one of two ways:
1. Prescribed by an HWC provider.
2. Prescribed by a specialist who has a referral on file with HWC.
Additionally, a sliding scale discount is available at our in-house pharmacies, which may offer significant savings on medications not covered by insurance plans.
