HWC is thrilled to announce the newest addition to our line of services! Through a new partnership with Hamilton Health Box, your local Wilburton and Poteau Health and Wellness Centers now offers after hours and weekend appointments!
Our new service is called ProviderPLUS, and we hope you’ll take advantage of this addition to the HWC services we are proud to offer our patients and the communities we serve!
ProviderPLUS services make it easier than ever to get the HWC care you need, when you need it! On-site staff use our state-of-the-art virtual, hybrid in-person system to connect you with a healthcare provider easily and effortlessly!

ProviderPLUS Virtual Visits are available for:
- Primary Care
- Urgent Care
- Chronic Care Management
Utilize ProviderPLUS for the treatment of:
